Jose Acosta has been serving real estate clients since 2005 and is licensed in both California and Arizona. As Broker of PAK Home Realty, he leads a team of 59 agents while remaining actively involved in transactions, giving him a hands-on understanding of today’s market and client needs.

Having guided hundreds of clients—from first-time buyers to experienced investors—Jose brings strong negotiation skills, proven systems, and a clear, stress-free approach to every transaction. He believes real estate is more than a transaction; it’s about building confidence, equity, and long-term opportunity.

Caitlin has called Kingman her home for over a decade.  As a mother to two beautiful daughters, Annabeth and Charlotte, she understands the importance of providing a secure and stable environment for her family.  Prior to her career in real estate, Caitlyn worked in the insurance industry, where she honed her skills in helping others protect their assets.  Her passion for helping others and putting their minds at ease is what drives her career.  In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family.  She is motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to providing her clients with the best possible service.

With over three decades of experience in construction and real estate, I began my career as a licensed General Contractor in 1988. In 2003, I earned my Real Estate License and joined Eagle Realty, a company founded by my father in 1991. I later obtained my Broker’s License in 2013 and currently serve as Designated Broker.

Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in real estate education and leadership, including teaching pre-licensing courses at Mohave Community College, serving on the KGVAR Board of Directors, acting as President of the KGVAR MLS, and helping form what is now WARDEX—where I also served as President during its early years.

I am the Associate Broker at the Silver Sage Properties in beautiful Golden Valley.  I have been a licensed Realtor and proud member of KGVAR since 2014.  I am passionate about helping people "find their happy" and take pride in guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey with honesty, care, and local expertise.  As a mom of three wonderful kids, I am deeply connected to this community and love helping others make it home.  

I am a longtime Kingman resident with a passion for the city's distinctive landscape and outdoor recreation. I bring more than 2 decades of sales experience and have a reputation of serving our community and clients with compassion and commitment.

Originally from Fairbanks Alaska, I moved from the north to the beautiful Southwest and found myself in love with what Kingman AZ has to offer. I spent the first 3 years living in Kingman and working as a Realtor, earning the "Rookie of the Year" award my first year. The following 11 years I spent dedicating my time to the local hospital as a Physician Recruiter, recruiting hundred's of physicians to Kingman AZ from all over the world, 

When I am not devoting my time to my clients, you will find me taking advantage of Mountain Bike Trails, hiking trails, playing on the lakes, or a night out in Vegas, I also enjoy reading, painting, eating good food, binging series I've watched one too many times or anything outdoors.

TJ Cutshaw is a proud lifelong native of Kingman, Arizona. Alongside his wife Devon, he's the dynamic co-founder and business partner of C2 Real Estate Group. TJ's professional journey began in sales and management, where he honed his skills as the General Manager of a local car dealership before transitioning into the world of real estate. With a career dedicated to serving people, TJ brings a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, a reputation he holds dear.Outside of the office, TJ cherishes family time with his five kids, often found cheering them on from the sidelines of the softball park, basketball court, or volleyball court. When he's not busy selling houses or supporting his children's activities, you can catch TJ indulging in his hobbies, whether it's perfecting his golf swing, hitting the slopes for a ski adventure, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or exploring new destinations through travel. Justin has made Kingman his home for over 10 years.  Family means everything to Justin and he treats everyone like they are a part of his own.  Before entering real estate, Justin worked as a lender, and opened his own insurance brokerage where he developed skills in asset protection and creativity to ensure his clients are in the best position possible.  His dedication to helping others and ensuring their peace of mind is at the core of his professional drive. In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and hunting.

I have been with RE/Max Preferred Professionals for 26 years, I have been the Designated Broker for 12 years.  I have been a member of the Kingman community for 31 years, raised a family here and established lasting personal and professional relationships.  I grew up in many places in the US and abroad as my father served in the US Army.  These experiences instilled acceptance and appreciation for others.  I am dedicated to my profession and am always will to help my colleagues.

With nearly a decade of experience in real estate, I am currently working toward obtaining my broker’s license to deepen my role in the industry we’ve grown to love. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people succeed—both inside and outside of real estate—and now I believe it’s time to get more involved from within. Now that I can make myself more available, I would like nothing more then to support our local association by contributing to the continued growth of our profession. Ricky moved to Kingman, Arizona in 1999 and is a proud Kingman High School graduate (Class of 2004). He earned his degree in Physical Education K–12 from Blackburn College and spent 14 years teaching and coaching in Phoenix, where he became known for his leadership, dedication, and ability to motivate others.

In 2022, Ricky returned to Kingman and transitioned into the mortgage industry as a licensed Loan Officer. His background in education allows him to guide clients with patience, clarity, and a genuine commitment to helping families achieve homeownership. He is a member of the Kingman/Golden Valley Association of REALTORS® and remains deeply connected to the local community. Outside of work, Ricky enjoys working out, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
