Caitlin has called Kingman her home for over a decade. As a mother to two beautiful daughters, Annabeth and Charlotte, she understands the importance of providing a secure and stable environment for her family. Prior to her career in real estate, Caitlin worked in the insurance industry, where she honed her skills in helping others protect their assets. Her passion for helping others and putting their minds at ease is what drives her in her career. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found with them on Sunday afternoons. She is motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to providing her clients with the best possible service.

I've owned property in Kingman since 2013, and we've made it our home since 2019. Although my husband and I choose to live rurally, we love the community we have in Kingman as well. I have real estate experience in rural land and development, and can share great tips and pointers, having built on a 36 acre lot ourselves. I also enjoy representing both buyers and sellers on our houses in town. Really I just love living in Mohave County and helping people find their dream property.
