Having nearly 5 decades in sales ranging from selling penny candy to industrial pipe valves and fittings to consulting services focusing on strategic planning, leadership, sales and talent management, I started a new sales path in January 2018- selling real estate here in NW AZ. This new path has allowed me to become extremely familiar with much of Mohave County. The additional benefit is facilitating the selling or buying of properties. Each facilitation is unique and presents its own challenges.
Having not only an advanced degree (Master of Science), I have made it a concentrated effort to learn as much about the real estate industry as possible. This effort has allowed me to secure numerous designations including GRI, rCRMS, PSA and MRS.
As I firmly believe in being active in the local real estate association - Kingman Golden Valley Association of Realtors (KGVAR). This belief has allowed me to be recipient of KGVAR Rookie of the Year in 2018, Chair of the Professional Development Committee, KGVAR 2021 President, recipient of KGVAR Realtor of the Year and KGVAR Past President 2022. Additionally, I set on the WARDEX Technology Committee and the KGVAR representative on the WARDEX Board of Directors. Also, I sit on the Mohave County's Sheriff's Advisory Committee since 2020.
Since this industry through the National Association of Realtors has a published Code of Ethics (COE), I live by these three words in all interactions with my clients - PROTECT AND PROMOTE. I strongly believe in the COE and I believe our COE sets this industry apart from all other industries.
On the personal side, I live in Golden Valley with my husband who is retired. We moved here from NW IN in 2017 and are so thankful we made this move.

I started as a Realtor's assistant 2005 and loved all the people that I met along the way and the rewarding feeling of helping Buyers and Sellers, that I am still a Realtor to this day. I have served on our KGVAR board of Directors including positions as Secretary/Treasurer, 2018 President Elect, 2019 President and 2020 Past President. Also, I stay involved in our Association's Community Outreach and Membership Services committees.
