I love Real Estate! I love helping people find their homes and then walking them through the entire process of purchasing. I also love helping owners sell their homes and walking them through the process from listing to closing.
My parents were born and raised in Tennessee and I was born and raised in New Mexico. So I have a bit of a southern flavor mixed with a generous helping of the southwest. 'Ya'all' and 'fixin' to' slip out when I least expect it. And I've been known to think aloud in Spanish, even though I don't speak it fluently.
Much of my adult years were spent in raising two beautiful daughters, along with my husband. We educated them at home which was an adventure and a lifestyle. Now they are grown and pursuing their own adventures. Before homeschooling I worked in retail and bookkeeping. After homeschooling I worked in medical records clerking, general transcription, and real estate.
My real estate adventure began in late 2015 as I worked as an unlicensed assistant to a Realtor. In early 2016 I got my license and enjoyed learning and growing as a Realtor until late 2019 when I fell ill. It took me almost 3 years to recover and return to Real Estate, but I'm glad to be back. My wonderful Broker and Realty accepted me back with open arms and I'm so grateful to them for their help and encouragement.
My hobbies and interests include my family, animals, reading, writing, music, photography, and rural living. I love the land!!
